The next steps before move-in are: Arrange electric service with Entergy (see number to call below). - Required
Email our office with your new Entergy electric account number Arrange renter’s insurance (SEE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS BELOW). - Required
All residents, even if you do not have pet, must complete the pet profile setup. - Required
View the “Understanding the Lease Agreement” video. Sign your electronic Lease Agreement via the resident portal. -Required
Pay your prorated move in amount on the resident portal. - Required
Bring your physical ID/Passport with you on the day of move in.
We will need to see a physical copy and cannot release keys with a photocopy, screenshot or picture of your ID/Passport.
